Textbook of Radiation Technology (DRT)

 I am pleased to introduce this book, “A Handbook for DRT” In this book; I have tried to solve the difficulty of DRT students in understanding various aspects of Radiological procedures and their related stuff. This book's main aims and objectives are to meet the requirements of DRT and undergraduate courses. A Handbook for DRT is an essential subject of paramedical courses, but there is a non-availability of good books on this subject. The books available are vast and mainly written for medical students. I have tried to overcome this problem by writing in easy language, point-wise, diagrams, flow charts, tables, graphs, pictures and providing exact data. I hope that this book will satisfy the needs of DRT students. This book comprises units. All units include Radiological anatomy and physiology, Radiology I and II, Advanced procedures in radiology, essential radiological physics, Hospital management and medical-surgical procedures. Computer, entrepreneurship and Radiological abbreviations are other attractions of this book. Finally, we can say, this book is based upon the DRT syllabus of the various paramedical state councils.
